Meet Crystal, owner and instructor. Crystal is a certified CPR/First Aid instructor and nurse with years of experience in the field. Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to our classes, ensuring that our students receive the best possible training.

We offer a variety of classes, including Basic Life Support (BLS), BLS renewal, and First Aid level A and C. First Aid level C recertification is also available. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of individuals and businesses of all sizes.
All courses are taught in affiliation with Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Courses Available
First Aid Level A / Standard First Aid
Learn how to provide basic first aid care, such as treating cuts, burns, and bruises. Basic Adult CPR with AED included. This course is recommended for anyone who wants to be prepared in case of an emergency and suitable for OH&S legislation.
Length: 15 hours.
Cost: $140/ person.

Certification Valid for 3 years
First Aid Level C / Standard First Aid
This course includes all the content covered in First Aid level A as well as learning how to perform CPR on infants and children. This all includes the use of AED and how to respond to choking emergencies. This course is recommended for parents, babysitters, caregivers and general public looking for knowledge on First aid and CPR with adults, children and infants.
Length: 16 hours

First Aid Level C / Intermediate First Aid Recertification
This course includes a refresh of First Aid level C / Intermediate First Aid. Included in this one day course is emergency scene management, wounds, burns, spinal injuries and includes CPR with AED for adults, children and infants.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
This is an advanced CPR course designed through Heart and Stroke Foundation for healthcare providers. Heart and Stroke Foundation BLS is recognized by AHS and Covenant Health and acceptable for nursing students.

Renewal recommended after 1 year
Basic Life Support (BLS) Renewal
Refresh your CPR skills by taking a renewal course. This course is recommended for individuals who have previously taken BLS CPR training and need to renew their certification.
